By submitting an order and providing any artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, custom text, or words (collectively, "Customer Materials") to us for reproduction, you explicitly warrant and represent that you are the sole legal owner of all intellectual property rights in such materials, or that you have obtained express, lawful, and written permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce them. We operate under the strict assumption that you possess all necessary rights and authorisations. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from the reproduction of materials provided by you. By placing your order, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising out of or related to any unauthorised use or reproduction of the provided materials.
