Follow your Coji Designs order from dispatch to your doorstep.

Find your tracking link

Once your order has been dispatched, open your shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link to follow your parcel with the carrier. This is the tracking link attached to your shipment, so there’s no need to enter your details into another tracking service.

You can also use the order details link in your confirmation email to view your order status and available tracking information.

Can’t find your email?

Search your inbox for “Coji Designs” and check your junk or spam folder for your order and shipping confirmations.

No tracking link available?

We’re here to help. Email orders@cojidesigns.com.au with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help you find your shipment.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, tracking may not be available. If you have more than one parcel, check your shipping emails for each parcel’s tracking link.
