PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

TURNAROUND TIMES:

Our average turnaround time for standard orders is 2-4 business days. This is the time is takes for us to create your order and does not include shipping time.

Bulk orders and orders that require graphic design work or design proofs, may take longer than standard turnaround times. Peak season times such as Father's Day and Christmas, may also incur a slightly longer processing time than standard processing times. You can always find our current turnaround time in the banner, at the top of the website.

Turnaround / Processing Time: The time it takes for us to create and package your products

Shipping Time: The time it takes for your products to be sent from us to you
Standard Orders: Orders that include 6 items or less and contain no additional customisations other than the options available via the website.
Custom Orders: Orders that contain custom designs, special order stock, design proofs or bulk quantities.

Please ensure to allow for the turnaround time + the shipping time, to ensure that your products arrive by their required times. We highly recommend ordering as early as possible to allow for any potential delays.

In most cases, we carry plentiful stock on hand but in unforeseen circumstances, we may run out of a particular colour or product or a machine may be having technical issues. If this does happen, we will contact you to discuss options for your order. If you require something by a certain date, please contact us via email at orders@cojidesigns.com.au or phone 0404 801 912 prior to placing your order so we can give you the most accurate stock and turnaround time updates.



COURIER INFORMATION:


For most of our orders, we ship with Australia Post, but in some cases, depending on the size and weight of your order and your location within Australia, we may use a different courier. All of our parcels are sent by registered post and you will receive a tracking number once your order is ready for transit.
 
While these postage services provide delivery timeframes, they are only estimates and not guaranteed. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the courier is solely responsible for when and how your parcel is delivered. Natural events such as storms and floods may also cause shipping delays.

EXPRESS POST:

Brisbane - 1-2 Business Days
Sydney - 1-3 Business Days

ACT - 2-3 Business Days
Adelaide - 2-3 Business Days
Hobart - 2-3 Business Days
Perth - 2-3 Business Days

Rural and Remote Areas (Including Darwin) - 3-4 Business Days


SHIPPING TIMEFRAME EXAMPLES:

A parcel shipping from Brisbane to Melbourne via Standard Post - Processing time (2-4 business days) + Shiping time (3-5 business days) = Arrival date 5-9 business days from date of order.

A parcel shipping from Brisbane to Melbourne via Express Post - Processing time (2-4 business days) + Shiping time (1-3 business days) = Arrival date 3-7 business days from date of order.

*The above times are estimated delivery times provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed shipping times. Peak season times such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, may also incur a slightly longer shipping time.



ATL (Authority To Leave):

All of our parcels are automatically assigned with an ATL. This gives the driver the 'Authority To Leave' your parcel in a safe place if no one is home. If you do not wish to have an ATL on your order, please choose signature on delivery or have your products shipped to a P.O. Box or business address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


At this present time, we ship Australia-wide only. Please contact us if you would like an item posted internationally and we will see if we can accommodate.


REFUNDS DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS:

Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacement items if your products do not arrive on time. In most cases, parcels usually arrive within their estimated delivery window, but in some cases, deliveries may be delayed and arrive after their estimated delivery date. Once your products have been handed over to the courier, we have no further control over the delivery of your items. 

Please contact us if you have any general delivery questions but if you have any concerns about your delivery, we advise that you contact Australia Post directly. If required, we can lodge a parcel investigation on your behalf up until your parcel has been scanned as delivered. After delivery, we can no longer enquire on your behalf and Australia Post will only accept enquiries lodged by the customer as they will need to ask questions about your property and surrounding areas..

If you are time sensitive about receiving your products, we suggest upgrading to Express Post. We also highly advise ordering early enough, allowing for both the turnaround time and delivery time, to avoid disappointment. MISSING / LOST ITEMS IN TRANSIT:


If your delivery is behind schedule, it is more than likely delayed or has taken a detour and is not lost. We do not offer refunds or send replacement products for delayed shipments or shipments that will not arrive by your required time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you place your order with adequate time for turnaround + shipping time and we advise ordering early enough to account for any minor shipping delays.

We will, however, offer a refund or send a replacement for shipments that are confirmed by the courier as 'Lost'. Rest assured, this is very rare and not something that occurs very often. In most cases, parcels are usually delayed or have taken a detour.

PICK-UP:


Pick-up is available from Redland Bay, QLD - By appointment only. Please choose the pick-up option when placing your order. You will receive an email when your items are ready for collection along with the pick-up address. Please contact us before picking up to ensure that someone is available to assist you with your collection.
