Design proofs are not automatically supplied with this product as it allows us to provide the fastest possible turnaround time. Your design will be adequately sized and centred, alike the product images.

If you require a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order. If requested, a design proof will be emailed to you, typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order.

We advise periodically checking your emails and responding promptly to avoid additional delays to your order. The design proof process may incur additional processing time to your order.

Our laser timber is not waterproof and may swell on contact with water or moisture. This product should be mounted indoors only or temporarily used outside (ie.  for a special event).

Do not mount in a wet or humid area such as a bathroom or laundry.

Do not clean with water or cleaning chemicals. Do not wet.

If cleaning is required, dust with a clean make-up brush or hairdresser's neck duster, or wipe with a dry, clean microfiber cloth. Take care around small detailed areas and pointed corners.
