Design proofs are not automatically supplied with this product as it allows us to provide the fastest possible turnaround time. Your design will be adequately sized and centred, alike the product images.

If you require a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order. If requested, a design proof will be emailed to you, typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order.

We advise periodically checking your emails and responding promptly to avoid additional delays to your order. The design proof process may incur additional processing time to your order.

This product is water and UV-resistant and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. 

Our acrylic signs are made with a matt finish which is generally quite resilient to dirt, scratches and fingerprints. If cleaning is required, wipe with a microfiber cloth or rinse with water.

Do not clean with alcohol or cleaning chemicals. Do not soak.

Acrylic can crack if crushed or if dropped. Please handle with care. Ensure your sign is securely mounted to the wall to avoid potential injury.

The below measurements should be used as a guide only to estimate the width of your sign. The actual width of your sign will vary depending on your selected letters (ie. W & M are wider than I & L).
