We do not automatically supply design proofs as it allows us to provide ultra fast turnaround times. Your design will be adequately sized and positioned, alike the related product images. If you require a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order. If requested, a design proof will be emailed to you, typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order. We advise periodically checking your emails and responding promptly to avoid additional delays to your order. The design proof process may incur additional processing time to your order.

UV PRINTED SIGNS: Our UV printed signs are scratch resistant but contact with rough surfaces or objects may damage the ink. Avoid touching the front of your sign as much as possible and always store in protective packaging when not in use. Do not press objects against the printed area of your sign, such as screws. CLEANING: Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth, taking extra care around printed areas or rinse with water. 3D ACRYLIC SIGNS: Our 3D acrylic signs have exception weather resistance that can endure UV light, rain, temperature shifts and salty coastal environments. CLEANING: Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth, taking extra care around areas with small details or rinse with water. 3D Acrylic signs can also be cleaned with standard dish soap or Glitz Goo Remover. GLOSS PRINTED ALUMINIUM PLATES: Our gloss printed signs are not UV-resistant and are best used for indoor or shaded areas away from UV rays. They produce and ultra vibrant, glossy finish with great scratch resistance. CLEANING: Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth or rinse with water. **DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR CLEANING CHEMICALS. DO NOT SOAK.

ACRYLIC: We use high grade, premium cast acrylic that has exception weather resistance. Our acrylic can endure UV light, rain and temperature shifts, and it is suitable for use in salty coastal environments without warpage, shrinkage or losing its sheen. Our acrylic has an outdoor rating of 5-7 years. UV PRINTING: We use premium outdoor rated UV light cured inks with great weather resistance that can withstand UV light, rain and temperature shifts, and is suitable for use in salty coastal environments. Our UV ink has an outdoor rating of 2-3 years.
