This product offers a little bit more flexibility in its design and colour options, so we require a little bit more information for your order.

Start by selecting a sign colour (this is the backing piece) and tell us your sign details (name, age & date). Also descibe your colour theme so we can coordinate the colours of your text to your sign colour. This sign works best with 3 colours.

Don't worry, you'll be sent a design proof via email for approval before any production is started. You should expect to receive your design proof within a few days of ordering.

Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of ordering to avoid any delays.

We aim to send your design proof via email within a few days of your order being placed. Please ensure that you have the correct email address on your order as this will be the email address that your design proof will be sent to.

We recommend periodically checking your emails, as well as your junk folder, to avoid any delays to your order being processed.

Once you have received your proof, you can approve the design or request an amendment. Your sign will not enter production until your have approved your design.

If time permits, we suggest ordering a sample piece to ensure a perfect colour match.

Our acrylic signs are waterproof and suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

We recommend leaving your sign in its protective packaging right up until it's time to place it at your venue. This will ensure that your sign remains in pristine condition for your perfect day.

Try to avoid touching the front of your signs as much as possible as acrylic can easily show fingerprints, especially black gloss. If your sign requires cleaning, gently wipe it with a dry, clean, microfiber cloth.

Do not use cleaning chemicals as this may damage your sign or remove the ink.
