Design Proofs
We do not automatically supply design proofs, as it allows us to provide the fastest possible turnaround time. Your design will be adequately sized and positioned, alike the related product images. If your product requires a design proof (ie. a wedding sign), it will be specified in the product listing. If you would like to request a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order. If requested, a design proof will be emailed to you, typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order. We advise periodically checking your emails (and junk folder) and responding promptly to avoid additional delays to your order. The design proof process may incur additional processing time on your order. DESIGN PROOF DETAILS: A design proof is simply for you to visualise the final concept, it does not offer the opportunity to request design changes outside of the design scope. If you wish to alter the design, it may be treated as a custom order and design fees may apply. We do not offer design proofs on small products such as keychains and mini plates. Please refer to the related product images for reference. We do not create design proofs without an order. We can supply related reference images or links, but an order must be first placed to have a personalised design created or if you are still deciding what to order, a design fee can be paid as a deposit towards an order.

3D Acrylic Sign Info
Our 3D acrylic signs are layers of acrylic which are stacked upon one another to create depth and dimension. MATERIAL SPECS: We use high grade, premium cast acrylic that has exception weather resistance. Our acrylic can endure UV light, rain, temperature shifts and it is suitable for use in salty coastal environments without warpage, shrinkage or losing its sheen. Our acrylic has an outdoor rating of 5-7 years. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Acrylic is a strong plastic but may break from force or impact. Always ensure that your sign is securely mounted. Gloss acrylic, particularly black, can easily show dust and fingerprints. Matt acrylic is much more resilent to scratches, dirt and fingerprints and we often use this finish in our signs that require resistance against these elements such as address signs. CLEANING: Wipe gently with a clean microfiber cloth, taking extra care around areas with small detail or rinse with water. If further cleaning is required, standard dish soap and Glitz Goo Remover are safe to use. *DO NOT USE ALCOHOLS OR CLEANING CHEMICALS. DO NOT SOAK.

UV Printed Sign Info
UV ink provides a slightly raised and texture effect which can be printed on many substrates such as acrylic, metal and wood. MATERIAL SPECS: We use premium outdoor rated UV light cured inks with great weather resistance that can withstand UV light, rain and temperature shifts, and is suitable for use in salty coastal environments. Our UV ink has an outdoor rating of 2-3 years. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: UV inks are scratch-resistant but contact with rough surfaces or objects may damage their ink. Avoid touching the front of your sign as much as possible and always store in protective packaging when not in use. Do not overtighten screws. Do not press objects against the printed area of your sign. CLEANING: Wipe gently with a clean microfiber cloth or rinse with water. *DO NOT USE ALCOHOLS OR CLEANING CHEMICALS. DO NOT SOAK.

Laser Timber Sign Info
Our laser timber creates a stunning and unique timber finish, which is perfect for creating coastal, beachy or natural wood style signs. MATERIAL SPECS: We use high-quality, veneered laser timber with an MDF plywood core. This material is lightly sanded to produce a beautiful, timber look finish, with each piece containing its own unique wood grains and textures. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: This product is not waterproof and may swell on contact with water. We recommend mounting your sign indoors and avoiding humid rooms such as bathrooms and laundries. Our laser timber signs are fine for temporary outdoor use, such as a birthday or special event (ensure to display your sign undercover to avoid rain). CLEANING: Dust with a soft, clean make-up brush or compressed air. Caution: Take care using microfiber cloths as they can grip to the timber texture. *DO NOT WET. DO NOT USE ALCOHOLS OR CLEANING CHEMICALS.

Gloss Printed Sign Info
This printing method uses a heat activated ink that is transferred to the substrate using high temperature hea, which produces an ultra-vibrant and superior glossy finish. MATERIAL SPECS: Our gloss ink has great water and scratch resistance but is not UV stable and may fade with constant UV exposure. This product is best used indoors or in shaded areas, away from UV exposure. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: UV inks are scratch-resistant but contact with rough surfaces or objects may damage their ink.
