We do not automatically include a design proof for this product. This allows us to produce the fastest possible turnaround time. Please ensure all of your details are correct before completing your order.

If you require a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order requesting one.

If a design proof is requested, production cannot start until your artwork has been approved. Your design proof will be emailed typically within a few days of ordering, using the email address that is attached to your order. Please ensure that you periodically check your emails and respond prompty to avoid any delays.

We advise against requesting a design proof if you require your product urgently.

This product is water and UV resistant and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

If cleaning is required, wipe gently with a dry, clean microfiber cloth or make-up brush. If further cleaning is required, this product can be rinsed under clean water or washed with soapy water using standard dish soap.
