Design work is not included in the purchase of this product. You will be required to send a high resolution, print-ready file.

If your file has a transparent background, we can add a background fill at no charge. All other logo edits will require an additional editing fee.

This product is printed with scratch-resistant UV-cured inks, creating a lightly textured, premium satin/matt finish that is water and UV-resistant.

*This product is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
FILE TYPES:
For optimal printing results, we recommend sending a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or PSD).

A large, 300dpi high-resolution JPG or PNG can also be used.

Screenshots will not be accepted.

TESTING FOR PIXELATION:
If you zoom in to your logo and it starts to distort or you start to see defined square boxes (pixels), it may be best to choose a higher-quality image.

If your image is pixelated, it will printed pixelated.

COLOUR VARIANCES:

Our printers print in CMYK. If you are uploading an RGB file, some colour variances may occur. Printers do not typically acheive high vibrancy and fluro colours. For accurate colour results, ensure your colours are available in a CMYK colour profile.
Design proofs are not automatically supplied with this product as it allows us to provide the fastest possible turnaround time. Your design will be adequately sized and centred, alike the product images.

If you require a design proof before production, please leave a note on your order. If requested, a design proof will be emailed to you, typically within a few days of ordering to the email address provided on your order.

We advise periodically checking your emails and responding promptly to avoid additional delays to your order. The design proof process may incur additional processing time to your order.
